Three groups catered for, Juniors Primary, Juniors Secondary,
Seniors. Main activities are cross-country, road
races, fell running, track & field, and social
running. Club established in 1956. A very friendly
atmosphere where the emphasis is on fun and enjoyment for
all.

Athletic Club Training Sessions
Tues 7.15pm - 8.15pm
Secondary school Juniors, hill running, speed sessions all
done using locations around the town,eg.streets,promenade.
Tues 7.15pm - 8-15pm
Seniors, speed sessions, hill efforts, using various
locations around the town.
Weds 5.00pm - 6-00pm
Primary school Juniors, indoors in Leisure Centre.
Indoor athletics, circuit training and conditioning.
