Aah thanks again La Taberna. Valentines meal of delicious home cooked tapas, wonderful warm and authentically Cordoban atmosphere, puts the chains (who shall remain nameless) to absolute shame.

A splendid place to while away a couple of hours, as I did, in this most agreeable little restaurant. Family run, no Brake brothers boil in the bag ready meals here. High quality ingredients, served with a standard of service that would make some of the snootier establishments explode with exasperation. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Tapas at it's best. Oh yes, and there is more than a hint of Irish charm too.

This is my favourite restaurant in Aber, small and friendly, the staff are always helpful (namely the young waitress) and the food is excellent. I have not had a bad meal their, and as a vegetarian they are only too happy to cater for me. Me and my boyfriend whom i met in aber have been left two years now and we love the place so much we are going back this weekend primarily for this restaurant. If you like spanish food you will not be dissapointed, the seclection if tapas is excellent, as is the paella!! Best to book in advance though as it is small and very popular!
