Mentro Lluest is a training centre for the teaching of skills to people with special needs and disadvantaged individuals within the framework of organic growing, environmental sustainability and social cohesion. We offer FREE accredited courses (NPTC and NVQ's) in horticulture, which are fully funded by The Welsh Assembly Government and European Social Fund Objective 1.
Our courses are available to 14 to 60 year olds who fall into one or more of the groups listed below:
People with physical difficulties
People with basic skills needs including those with learning difficulties
Young people 14 years or over leaving care
People with mental health problems
People undergoing rehabilitation associated with drug or alcohol misuse
Socially isolated people
Our courses offer a rolling start date, so you can enrol at any time and complete the course at your own pace. Please contact us for further details.
