'Britannia Depicta' is an early road atlas of England & Wales, published by John Owen in 1720 using engravings by Emanuel Bowen. I beleave this to be from the fourth edition published in 1736.

Llanbadern Vawr ie. Great St Patern an ar = morican, who is - said to have govern = ed the Church here by feeding, & fed it by governing. In memo = ry of him a Church was consecrated, & a Bishop's See settled here, the later has been long since removed, but the - Cathedral now the Parish Church is - still standing. -
