We have family in Aber and come here regularly - and always try and pop in here for a bite to eat. Yes, there are sometimes queues, but you only get people queuing in popular places! The place is always packed with satisfied customers. My son has been at Aber uni for the last 2 years and he says he's never heard of anyone who has a bad word to say about the place and locals always recommend it. Ok, these places are not gourmet restaurants, but Wetherspoons in Aber is excellent value for money and the staff are lovely.

Don't know what James is talking about. He should visit Wetherspoons in Shrewsbury, Bromoborough or Leamington Spa; they are rubbish and to be honest intimidating places to be. Staff in Aber are pleasant, food is good and the building itself is beautiful... don't be disparaged by the earlier report, make your own mind up.

Wetherspoons in Aberystwyth has to be the worst. Who ever the manager is obviously has no idea how to run a pub. Don't know how many times they run out of basics such as eggs, milk, coffee etc. And don't get me started on the queue! Have not spoken to anyone who has a good word to say about Wetherspoons in Aberystwyth.
